Frequently Asked Questions: Pontoons

Yes. You will receive the boat with a full tank and it will need to be returned full. There are a number of options on the lake...including right on our dock. If you would like us to fuel the boat for you, no problem...we will simply bill your credit card in 1/8th tank increments upon checkout. 

Our 17 ft. pontoons can carry up to 8 people.

Our 21 ft. pontoons can carry up to 10 people.

The driver must be at least 21 years old.

Absolutely! We welcome guests of all ages. Coast Guard regulations require anyone 14 & under to wear a life vest while the Pontoon is moving. We provide them free!

No. All you need is a valid driver's license and be able to pass a simple boaters safety quiz.

Yes, pets are welcome, but we ask that your keep your furry friends off the upholstery and clean up after them.

 Yes! All of our boats come equipped with Bluetooth speakers

Sure! We currently have two boats that can accommodate up to 18 people. Separate reservations will need to be made.

Yes. However, no glass containers are allowed, with the exception of champagne or wine bottles. Note: We offer a variety of food platters as an option during the reservation process. 

Our parking lot is currently under construction, so we highly suggest using Uber/Lyft or riding your bike along the Centennial Trail right to our location. Parking is available in the upper lot about 100 yards away. If you need to drop-off your party & gear, please drop them off at the entrance to the dock and then return to the upper lot. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Every day is a good day for a Pontoon cruise! However, safety is always our top priority. Therefore, if we detect lightning within 10 miles or other weather conditions that are unsafe, we may have to cancel your trip. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options to reschedule. 

We keep a very tight schedule making sure the Pontoons are ready for the next guests. If you return more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to charge you $100 for an additional hour. 

Our engines are extremely safe & reliable. However, in the unlikely event of a breakdown or accident, give us a call and we will either help you fix the issue remotely or we will be right out to assist.  

Just like any rental car or boat, you are responsible for any damage. However, we offer optional damage/liability insurance through a third party. You will receive an email offering this coverage after you make a reservation.

Life happens and we understand!  

• Bookings cancelled up to the 72 hour mark will result in a 50% refund.
• Bookings cancelled within 72 hours do not receive a refund.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late on return, you will be charged $10 per minute.
• All renter's insurance policies purchased, once bound (during check-in), are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• We cruise rain or shine. We monitor the weather and will make ongoing decisions regarding your safety. If we need to cancel your trip due to weather-related reasons, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss your options to reschedule.
