Coast Guard regulations state that we can only have 6 people weighing a TOTAL of 1,000 pounds in the SpaBoat. 

The driver must be at least 21 years old, but up to five additional passengers ages 2 & up may join you! 

Absolutely! We welcome guests ages 2 and up. Coast Guard regulations require anyone 14 & under to wear a life vest while the SpaBoat is moving. Once you anchor, they are free to remove them and have fun. 

We love pets but, sadly, we cannot allow animals of any kind in the SpaBoat.

Sure! We currently have two boats that can accommodate up to 12 people. Just select two boats when you make your booking. 

Yes. However, no glass containers are allowed, with the exception of champagne or wine bottles. Also keep in mind that the storage compartments are water-resistant, not waterproof, so any food brought on board may get wet. Note: We offer a variety of food platters as an option during the reservation process. 

Not exactly. Our SpaBoats have built-in storage areas for your drinks, snacks, phones, etc. However, they are not fully-waterproof. Please leave any valuables or items you do not want to get wet in your vehicle. 

Our parking lot is currently under construction, so we highly suggest using Uber/Lyft or riding your bike along the Centennial Trail right to our location. Parking is available in the upper lot about 100 yards away. If you need to drop-off your party & gear, please drop them off at the entrance to the dock and then return to the upper lot. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Every day is a good day for a SpaVenture! However, safety is always our top priority. Therefore, if we detect lightning within 10 miles or other weather conditions that are unsafe, we may have to cancel your trip. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options to reschedule. 

We keep a very tight schedule making sure the SpaBoats are ready for the next guests. If you return more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to charge you $100 for an additional hour. 

Our electric engines are extremely safe & reliable. However, in the unlikely event of a breakdown or accident, give us a call and we will either help you fix the issue remotely or we will be right out to assist.  

Just like any rental car or boat, you are responsible for any damage. However, we offer damage protection that can be purchased when you make your reservation for $50 per trip. 

We pre-heat the water to between 100-104 degrees. Once you leave the dock, the propane heater will keep the water warm for the duration of the cruise. 

You can sit on the edge with your feet in the tub, or simply jump in the lake! 

Soaking in a hot tub while pregnant is at your sole discretion. 

Prior to EVERY cruise we extensively prepare and filter the water to insure it is clean and crystal clear. Our patent pending internal filtration system heats and cleans water as it circulates in the hot tub during the cruise. 

Life happens and we understand! Full refunds are offered if you need to cancel prior to 7 days before your trip. For cancellations less than 7 days prior to your trip, we do not offer refunds…However, we can offer you a credit for a future date. We cruise rain or shine. We monitor the weather and will make ongoing decisions regarding your safety. If we need to cancel your trip due to weather-related reasons, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss your options to reschedule.
